Apart from financing obtained from banks or financial institutions, we are also well versed in documentation for loans/financing facilities granted by Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam / The Public Sector Home Financing Board (formerly known as Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan [BPP]). We also undertake documentation for the transfer or gifting of property (hibah), and the drafting of trusts agreements.

 

Due to our extensive experience in this area, we are well positioned to advise you on a broad range of issues arising from the sale and purchase of a property including issues relating to real property gains tax and stamp duty rebates and relief.

 

We are also able to attend to the discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment of the property from your bank or financier once you have fully settled your housing loan / financing facility.
